Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Dengan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Kelas IV SD Negeri 25 Palu
Abstract
This study applied the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. This study aims to improve IPAS learning outcomes by applying the PBL model supported by interactive quiz media. The research subjects consisted of 20 fourth grade students of SD Negeri 25 Palu, which were divided into 8 male students and 12 female students. This study was conducted in the first semester of the 2023/2024 school year. This study was a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of three stages: 1) action planning, 2) action implementation and observation, 3) reflection. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model contributes to improving student learning outcomes carried out through PTK. The following are the details of the results: 1) In cycle I, the average student score was recorded at 69.00, with the level of learning completeness reaching 40%. 2) In cycle II, there was an increase in students' average score to 77.5, with learning completeness reaching 85%. This percentage of achievement shows that out of a total of 20 students, the comparison of data before the implementation of the PBL model indicates that the implementation of the PBL learning model resulted in a significant increase in students' learning outcomes ability, which is a crucial aspect in 21st century skills.
