PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEKNIK AKROSTIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI: STUDI EKSPERIMEN PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD INPRES 6/75 LETTA TANAH KECAMATAN SIBULUE KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with a posttest only control group design. The purpose of this research is to: 1). Knowing the description of the use of the acrostic technique on the ability to write poetry in class IV SD Inpres 6/75 Letta Tanah, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. 2). Knowing the effect of using the acrostic technique on the ability to write poetry of SD Inpres 6/75 Letta Tanah students, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD Inpres 6/75 Letta Tanah, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, consisting of grades IV A and IV B, totaling 41 students. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling technique. Data collected using research instruments in the form of tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the average posttest result for the experimental class was 72.14 and a percentage value of 48% was in the very good category, while the average posttest result for the control class was 58.20 and a percentage value of 30% was in the very poor category. Then, based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the value of tcount (2.940) > ttable (2.02269) is obtained, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that the acrotic technique has an effect on the ability to write poetry in class IV students of SD Inpres 6/75 Letta Tanah, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.
