Pengaruh Video-Based Tactical Analysis terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan dan Performa Passing Pemain Sepak Bola: Sebuah Pendekatan Quasi-Eksperimental

Pengambilan keputusan dan performa passing merupakan komponen fundamental dalam sepak bola modern yang menuntut integrasi kemampuan kognitif dan teknis. Video-based tactical analysis telah menjadi metode pelatihan inovatif yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran taktis melalui visualisasi situasi permainan, namun bukti empiris tentang efektivitasnya dalam konteks Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh video-based tactical analysis terhadap pengambilan keputusan dan performa passing pemain sepak bola melalui desain quasi-eksperimental. Penelitian quasi-eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest control group design ini melibatkan 48 pemain sepak bola remaja usia 16-18 tahun yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n=24) dan kelompok kontrol (n=24). Kelompok eksperimen menerima intervensi video-based tactical analysis selama 8 minggu (3 sesi per minggu, 20-25 menit per sesi) yang terintegrasi dengan latihan praktis, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya menerima latihan konvensional. Pengambilan keputusan diukur menggunakan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) dan Video-Based Decision-Making Test, sedangkan performa passing diukur melalui Loughborough Soccer Passing Test (LSPT) dan match analysis passing accuracy. Analisis data menggunakan ANCOVA dan paired sample t-test dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengambilan keputusan dan performa passing dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. ANCOVA menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan intervensi terhadap pengambilan keputusan dan performa passing setelah mengontrol skor pretest. Match analysis menunjukkan peningkatan passing accuracy kelompok eksperimen dari 71,4 ± 7,2% menjadi 84,7 ± 5,8% (p < 0,001), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan. Video-based tactical analysis terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan dan performa passing pemain sepak bola dengan effect size yang besar. Integrasi metode visual-cognitive training dengan latihan praktis memberikan dampak superior terhadap pembelajaran taktis dibandingkan metode konvensional.
