PERAN SELF-REGULATED LEARNING DAN GAYA HIDUP AKTIF TERHADAP KEBUGARAN JASMANI DAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN OLAHRAGA

Abstract

Self-regulated learning dan gaya hidup aktif merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kebugaran jasmani dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran self-regulated learning dan gaya hidup aktif terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 180 mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga yang dipilih melalui stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire untuk mengukur self-regulated learning, kuesioner gaya hidup aktif tervalidasi, tes kebugaran jasmani komprehensif meliputi VO?max dan kekuatan otot, serta data indeks prestasi kumulatif untuk mengukur prestasi akademik. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dan regresi berganda untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning berkorelasi positif signifikan dengan prestasi akademik dengan koefisien jalur 0,52, sementara gaya hidup aktif berkorelasi positif dengan kebugaran jasmani dengan koefisien 0,61. Kebugaran jasmani juga berperan sebagai mediator parsial antara gaya hidup aktif dan prestasi akademik. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi self-regulated learning yang tinggi dan gaya hidup aktif berkontribusi 64 persen terhadap varians prestasi akademik. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi pentingnya mengintegrasikan pengembangan self-regulated learning dan promosi gaya hidup aktif dalam program pendidikan olahraga.
