Pengaruh Hubungan Penggunaan Aplikasi Pemantau Pola Tidur dengan Kualitas Recovery dan Performa Latihan pada Atlet POMNAS

Tidur berkualitas merupakan komponen esensial dalam optimalisasi recovery dan performa atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi pemantau pola tidur terhadap kualitas recovery dan performa latihan pada atlet Pekan Olahraga Mahasiswa Nasional (POMNAS). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental melibatkan 60 atlet POMNAS yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (menggunakan aplikasi pemantau tidur) dan kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 8 minggu menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Total Quality Recovery (TQR) scale, dan tes performa fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada kualitas tidur (p<0.001), skor recovery (p<0.003), dan performa latihan (p<0.002) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Terdapat korelasi positif kuat antara durasi tidur dengan tingkat recovery (r=0.742) dan performa latihan (r=0.681). Aplikasi pemantau tidur terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesadaran atlet terhadap pentingnya higiene tidur dan memfasilitasi intervensi tepat waktu. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi teknologi pemantau tidur dalam program pelatihan atlet untuk optimalisasi performa.
