PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA KELAS V UPT SPF SD INPRES PARANG

Studi ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas V di UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang sebagai subjek Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) untuk semester I tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri dari 29 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Parang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di kelas V, yang terlihat dari hasil tes Bahasa Inggris mencapai rata-rata 98%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat menjadi alternatif model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa.
