Physical Fitness Performance Improvement through Comprehensive Training Pre-Test and Post-Test Analysis on 60 Subjects

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan performa kebugaran jasmani pada enam variabel utama, yaitu sit-up, push-up, back-up, standing jump, balance, dan side-up, melalui perbandingan pre-test dan post-test pada 60 subjek. Data dikumpul menggunakan prosedur pengukuran standar dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial, termasuk mean, standar deviasi (SD), dan interval kepercayaan 95% (CI). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada semua variabel, dengan standing jump mencapai mean tertinggi 237,94 cm, yang dikaitkan dengan adaptasi biomekanik otot. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan program latihan fisik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kekuatan, daya tahan, dan keseimbangan.
