EFEKTIVITAS FLIPPED CLASSROOM DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN KESIAPAN PRAKTIK PADA MAHASISWA PJKR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model flipped classroom terhadap pemahaman konsep gerak, kesiapan praktik, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi pada mata kuliah Permainan Bola Voli. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama enam belas pertemuan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR angkatan 2023, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis video instruksional daring dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran tatap muka konvensional. Pemahaman konsep gerak diukur menggunakan tes kognitif berbasis analisis gerak dan biomekanik, kesiapan praktik diukur menggunakan Practice Readiness Scale yang mencakup dimensi kesiapan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, dan hasil belajar diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian keterampilan teknik bola voli dan nilai ujian akhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model flipped classroom memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep gerak, kesiapan praktik, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga model flipped classroom direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran inovatif yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis dalam perkuliahan praktik olahraga di program studi PJKR guna membentuk mahasiswa yang memahami konsep secara mendalam, siap secara teknis sebelum memasuki arena praktik, dan berprestasi tinggi sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani yang reflektif dan kompeten.
