MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI DALAM PENDIDIKAN JASMANI PERGURUAN TINGGI: DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (guided inquiry) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, pengambilan keputusan taktis, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi pada mata kuliah Permainan Sepak Bola. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama enam belas pertemuan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR angkatan 2023, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis skenario taktis dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran langsung konvensional. Kemampuan berpikir kritis diukur menggunakan Critical Thinking Assessment yang mencakup dimensi analisis, evaluasi, inferensi, deduksi, dan interpretasi; pengambilan keputusan taktis diukur menggunakan instrumen Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) yang terstandar; dan hasil belajar diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian keterampilan teknik dan nilai ujian akhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, pengambilan keputusan taktis, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga model pembelajaran inkuiri direkomendasikan sebagai model inovatif yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis dalam perkuliahan pendidikan jasmani perguruan tinggi.
