MODEL BLENDED LEARNING BERBASIS VIDEO ANALYSIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KETERAMPILAN DASAR OLAHRAGA PADA MAHASISWA PJKR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model blended learning berbasis video analysis terhadap penguasaan keterampilan dasar olahraga, sikap belajar, dan kemampuan analisis gerak mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama enam belas pertemuan pada mata kuliah Keterampilan Dasar Permainan Bola Basket. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR angkatan dua ribu dua puluh tiga, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran blended learning berbasis video analysis dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran tatap muka konvensional tanpa integrasi teknologi video analysis. Penguasaan keterampilan dasar olahraga diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian keterampilan bola basket terstandar yang mencakup dimensi dribbling, passing, dan shooting, sikap belajar diukur menggunakan Exercise Attitudes Scale, dan kemampuan analisis gerak diukur menggunakan instrumen tes analisis biomekanik gerak berbasis rubrik. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model blended learning berbasis video analysis memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan keterampilan dasar olahraga, sikap belajar, dan kemampuan analisis gerak mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga model blended learning berbasis video analysis direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis dalam kurikulum PJKR guna membentuk mahasiswa yang kompeten secara teknis, analitis, dan adaptif terhadap teknologi sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani profesional.
