PENGARUH DIGITAL FEEDBACK TERHADAP KETEPATAN TEKNIK, KEPERCAYAAN DIRI, DAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH PRAKTIK OLAHRAGA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan digital feedback berbasis augmented reality dan analisis video terhadap ketepatan teknik, kepercayaan diri, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi pada mata kuliah Praktik Olahraga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design yang dilaksanakan selama enam belas pertemuan pada mata kuliah Atletik. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR angkatan dua ribu dua puluh tiga, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menerima digital feedback berbasis analisis video dan aplikasi pengolahan data gerak real-time serta kelompok kontrol yang menerima umpan balik verbal konvensional dari dosen. Ketepatan teknik diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian biomekanik gerak atletik yang terstandar, kepercayaan diri diukur menggunakan Physical Self-Confidence Scale, dan hasil belajar diukur menggunakan rubrik penilaian keterampilan praktik dan nilai ujian akhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test, Independent Sample t-test, dan Multivariate Analysis of Variance pada taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital feedback memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik, kepercayaan diri, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa PJKR, dengan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan umpan balik konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga digital feedback direkomendasikan sebagai strategi umpan balik inovatif berbasis teknologi yang perlu dikembangkan secara sistematis dalam perkuliahan praktik olahraga di program studi PJKR guna membentuk mahasiswa yang presisi secara teknis, percaya diri, dan berprestasi tinggi sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani profesional.
