VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN PHYSICAL LITERACY UNTUK MAHASISWA PJKR DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji validitas, dan menguji reliabilitas instrumen penilaian Physical Literacy (PL) yang dikonstruksi secara kontekstual untuk mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi di perguruan tinggi, mencakup pengujian validitas isi, validitas konstruk melalui Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), validitas konkuren, serta reliabilitas konsistensi internal, stabilitas temporal, dan antar-penilai. Instrumen dikembangkan melalui pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengacu pada prinsip International Physical Literacy Association (IPLA) dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik kontekstual mahasiswa PJKR Indonesia sebagai calon guru pendidikan jasmani. Instrumen yang dikembangkan terdiri dari enam subskala motivasi terhadap aktivitas fisik, kepercayaan diri, kompetensi fisik, pengetahuan tentang gerak dan aktivitas fisik, pemahaman manfaat aktivitas fisik jangka panjang, dan perilaku aktivitas fisik aktual dengan total 72 item yang dinilai menggunakan kombinasi skala Likert, penilaian berbasis kinerja, dan rubrik observasi. Validasi dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap: validasi konten oleh panel pakar (Content Validity Index ? 0,80), uji lapangan tahap pertama (EFA, n = 150) dan tahap kedua (CFA, n = 300), serta pengujian validitas konkuren dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen Physical Literacy Assessment for PJKR Students (PLAPS) memiliki validitas isi yang tinggi (S-CVI = 0,92), struktur faktor enam dimensi yang kukuh berdasarkan EFA dan dikonfirmasi oleh CFA dengan fit indices yang sangat baik, validitas konkuren yang signifikan, reliabilitas konsistensi internal yang tinggi (Cronbach's alpha ? 0,85 pada seluruh subskala), stabilitas temporal yang memadai (test-retest reliability, ICC ? 0,80), dan reliabilitas antar-penilai yang memuaskan (ICC ? 0,85), sehingga PLAPS dinyatakan sebagai instrumen yang valid dan reliabel untuk penilaian, monitoring, dan penelitian physical literacy mahasiswa PJKR di perguruan tinggi Indonesia.
