PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INTEGRATIF BERBASIS PEDAGOGI, SAINS, DAN REFLEKSI DIRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL MAHASISWA PJKR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, memvalidasi, dan menguji efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Integratif Berbasis Pedagogi, Sains, dan Refleksi Diri (MIPSR) yang dirancang secara khusus untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi secara holistik dan berkesinambungan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan fase implementasi yang menggunakan desain quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design pada mata kuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran PJOK semester lima. MIPSR dikonstruksi di atas tiga pilar yang saling menopang: Pedagogi Kritis-Transformatif, Sains Keolahragaan Terapan, dan Refleksi Diri Terstruktur. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup Teaching Competence Assessment Rubric (TCAR), Professional Knowledge Test (PKT), Professional Self-Efficacy Scale (PSES), dan Reflective Practice Quality Scale (RPQS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MIPSR valid dan praktis berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan uji coba lapangan, serta efektif meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis, kompetensi sains terapan, efikasi diri profesional, dan kualitas refleksi diri mahasiswa PJKR secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga MIPSR direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran transformatif yang perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam kurikulum PJKR.
