Abstract

The decline in moral values, specifically honesty, among elementary school students has become a significant concern in the digital era. This research aims to develop a mobile game titled "DORA" (Digital Role-Play Adventure of Integrity) as an innovative media for strengthening integrity through a role-playing approach. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model, this study encompasses ten systematic steps: research and information collection, planning, developing preliminary product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination. The game presents various moral dilemmas where students must make choices reflecting honesty. Data were collected through expert validation, observations, and questionnaires. The results indicate that "DORA" is highly feasible and effective in internalizing honest behavior. Students demonstrated increased engagement and critical thinking regarding moral consequences compared to conventional methods. This study concludes that technology-based role-playing games can serve as a powerful tool in character education for the younger generation.
